Membership: An active volunteer members group is working with Breaking the Silence to provide overall support/guidance on different policy related issues to carry out its program. It is an action group of non-political and non-profitable, who are free from any individual caste or religious activities. The members give subscription annually as donation. Presently BTS has 15 members to every two-year a Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Treasurer and 7 other members are directly elected for a two-year term.

Staffing: Presently 25 a total of staffs are working at Breaking the Silence head office and at the districts level. 1 Senior Program Coordinator, 2 Program Coordinator, 1 Counselor, 1 Finance Coordinator, 3 Program Officers, 1 Monitoring Officer, 1 Asst Accounts Officer, 1 Asst Program Officer, 5 Para Counselor, 1 Officer Assistant, 6 Field Organizer, 1 Cleaner and 1 Night Guard are working for BTS to implement the program effectively with sincerity and commitment.
